Jessica Liversidge has worked in conveyancing since 2015. She joined Wosskow Brown in October 2017 as a conveyancing assistant. As Jessica developed into the trainee conveyancer she is today, she undertook a CILEx distance learning course to attain a level 3 diploma in Law and Practice.
In August 2021, Jessica completed her diploma, to be awarded the letters ACILEx after her name, something that she is very proud of.
As part of Jessica’s day to day life as a conveyancer, she will draft legal documentation, raise and respond to enquiries about properties, as well as liaising with clients, estate agents, 3rd parties and other solicitors.
Away from the office, Jessica is a proud mummy to Finlay, who she calls her greatest achievement. Jessica also enjoys seeing friends and burying her nose in a good book.
A holiday in Bora Bora would be Jessica’s dream, whilst her favourite drink is Tequila.
If Jessica could invite any 4 people, dead or alive, to dinner, she would be sat in the company of Liam Gallagher, Amy Winehouse, David Bowie and Danny Dyer.
Jessica also confesses that it’s not uncommon to hear her talking in an odd accent throughout the day. She says she has a strange quirk where she randomly talks in a Russian or Scottish accent!
