In the summer of 2007 an opportunity arose to take 
over one of the offices of a long established Sheffield 
solicitors practice David Eyres solicitors. In addition 
one of the two partners of that practice, Paul Ibbotson, 
also came on board as a new partner. 
Paul has traded as David Eyres from that office for 
the past 30 years servicing the conveyancing and 
private client needs of the local community and has 
during that time built up a phenomenal reputation for 
service and advice. It was for this reason that we 
continued to trade as David Eyres from that office 
to maintain the reputation and standards achieved 
over the years.

This company was set up by the partners to deal 
specifically with probate and trusts work on a 
national basis. Relationships have been developed 
over the years with a number of professional bodies 
and new probate instructions are obtained from
