Remember remember the 5th of November…as soon as one ‘spookily’ festive holiday has come to an end the next holiday on the calendar is already here! Bonfire night is on Tuesday but there will be plenty of celebrations and events happening over the weekend.

Attercliffe
After Dark
After Dark is the extremely popular firework extravaganza which draws up a crowd of around 20,000 every year.
Hosted by Hallam Fm, the event has a giant bonfire, funfair, food stalls and a firework display to music.

Meadowhead Gigantic Bonfire
This is a free event with plenty of exciting things on offer including; the giant bonfire, amazing firework display, a funfair, bars and live music.

Hillsborough
Oughtibridge Spooktacular Firework Display
This event is merging both Halloween and Bonfire night celbratiosn into one exciting event! Along with fireworks, food and drink, there will also be a funfair and a children’s fancy dress competion.

Niagara Fireworks Spectacular
This exciting weekend celebration will feature a brilliant firework display, outside bar, children’s rides, as well as a delicious BBQ and Hog Roast!

Owlerton Stadium Fireworks
The Owlerton Stadium will host a fantastic firework display after an exciting afternoon of greyhound racing; along with plenty of other entertainment and attractions.

Manor Fields Park Community Bonfire
This is a brilliant free event, which will treat locals to an amazing firework display and giant bonfire! There is limited parking at this event, so tram use is advised by organisers.

Abbeydale
Illuminate the Gardens
This annual weekend long event, is always a magical night for the whole family, with loads of kids activities going on and a vintage fairground.
There will also be plenty of street food to try, a bar and amazing fire performances. This event is also admired for its ‘low bangs’ firework display in the early evening, great for little ones with sensitive ears. There will also be a main display later on.
When: 1st-3rd November, 5pm-10pm Friday and Saturday, 4.30pm-9.30pm Sunday

20th Sheffield Scout Group Bonfire and Fireworks Spectacular
Another community event suitable for the whole family! Treating attendees to a giant bonfire, terrific firework display, food and refreshments – a new this year a Hog Roast!

Penistone Community Bonfire
The Penistone Community Bonfire is set to be full of plenty of entertainments and attractions. Penistone Ladies Circle will be providing refreshments and there will be plenty of food stalls and novelties for sale; along with music and a great firework display.
All profits made go straight back into funding local organisations and support the community.
