Sarah Bull is a Residential Conveyancer here at Wosskow Brown. She holds over 20 years of legal experience, and we were privileged when she joined the Wosskow Brown team in 2019.

Sarah undertakes a range of residential property transactions, including the sale, purchase and remortgaging of property.

Her favourite part of the job is looking through old title deeds of unregistered properties. These are obsolete now, so Sarah is a little disappointed that she doesn’t get to look through them too often.

Outside of the office, Sarah loves to spend time playing games with her two children. To unwind, Sarah enjoys colouring and painting. Sarah tells us that she has never been very good at art, but she finds it very therapeutic.

Given the opportunity, Sarah would whisk her family off to her ideal holiday destination of Orlando, Florida.
