Jamie Brown is a Partner and a solicitor in our Commercial Legal Services Team, based at Wosskow Brown Solicitors Head office in Attercliffe. Jamie specialises in Employment Law and works to provide advice and support to both individual employees and employers across a range of issues.

From simple contract reviews and the drafting of agreements to providing defence in employment tribunals by acting on behalf of both defendants and claimants. Alongside his team, Jamie also provides both a Commercial and Civil Litigation service, helping clients resolve any disputes they may be facing.

Jamie is experienced in helping build and protect businesses, no matter how big or small they may be. By providing practical solutions, as well as legal advice.

Jamie works with business owners to help make decisions which allow them to continue to grow and develop. This support can come in many forms, such as drawing up shareholder and partnership agreements, helping set up companies, helping facilitate large transactions, and managing business growth or sale.

Whilst studying to become a Solicitor, Jamie worked in many of the local bars and restaurants in Sheffield City Centre, where he met a wide variety of local Entrepreneurs, and is a well-known character amongst the Sheffield nightlife scene.

Jamie, along with his sister Vicky Brown, have cycled for Great Britain in Cycle speedway, although he now prefers four wheels!

Jamie also enjoys football, and in particular enjoys Sports Law, as his degree featured many interesting case studies in this field.
