Legal Assistant
Maddalena joined Wosskow Brown LLP in December 2010 as a Legal Assistant in the Private Client department. The department specialise in Wills, Lasting Power of Attorney, Probate and advising the elderly.
Maddalena has over 10 years experience in the Private Client Department, advising clients on how to safeguard their assets in readiness for retirement, mental Illness and death. This also includes:-
- Will drafting
- Lasting Powers of Attorney and Registration
- Applications to the Court of Protection for Deputyship orders
- Asset Protection
- Inheritance Tax Planning
- Probate
Maddalena is married with two step children and is a fan of Sheffield United. She also enjoys socialising, cooking and going to the gym.
