Kerry was born in Sheffield and obtained her law degree – LLB (Hons) – at Sheffield Hallam University in 2004. She then completed her legal practice course at the University of Huddersfield in 2007, whilst working full time as a trainee solicitor.
Kerry joined Wosskow Brown’s personal injury department in 2004, when she worked as personal assistant to solicitor Sally Mallinson – now partner and head of the department.
Progressing within the firm, Kerry undertook her training contract at Wosskow Brown, and qualified as a solicitor in 2008.
She remains in the personal injury department and now specialises predominantly in road traffic claims, including credit hire, low velocity impact claims, allegations of fraud and infant settlements. She also deals with employer liability and public liability claims.
She is a member of the Association of Personal Injury Lawyers (APIL).
Kerry has a little boy and when she can, she enjoys playing clarinet in an orchestra.
