Jessica was educated at All Saints High School in Sheffield and went on to Peaks College, where she gained an Advanced Vocational Certificate of Education (AVCE) in Health and Social Care. She then moved on to Sheffield Hallam University, studying law and business, but after one year, changed to study law only. She graduated in 2008 with an upper second class honors degree in Law, and followed it with a Post Graduate Diploma in Legal Practice from the University of Sheffield in 2009.
During her studies, Jessica won the Sheffield Hallam University Mooting Competition in 2008 on the topic of vicarious liability. She also volunteered at Sheffield Advice Link where she dealt with telephone enquiries regarding the national minimum wage in the Burngreave area.
Jessica joined Wosskow Brown on a work experience programme in 2007 and moved on to become a legal assistant in the property (conveyancing) department.
After taking up a training contract with us in 2009, Jessica has now qualified as a solicitor in the commercial department. Through following her interest in business development, problem solving and work with local businesses, she has found she has a real passion for this area of law.
Jessica spends her spare time horse riding and socialising.
