Last year alone 236,100 claims were brought against employers, a rise of 56% on the previous year. Frighteningly, this number is set to rise in 2011, meaning more employers are at risk from claims that are surprisingly easy to prevent.
The Tribunal will feature an Employment Tribunal Judge, representation by barristers from Pump Court Chambers and witnesses for the Claimant and Respondent. After hearing the evidence the Judge will retire before delivering the Judgment. There will be input and explanation from Wosskow Brown’s expert team of employment lawyers.
