Each month we focus the spotlight on a member of our Wosskow Brown team. This month is the turn of our Trainee Solicitor John Knight.
Q. How long have you worked at Wosskow Brown?
JK. I have worked at Wosskow Brown for just over 2 years.
Q. What is your specialism at Wosskow Brown?
JK. I am a Trainee Solicitor at Wosskow Brown so have not currently specialised. I am, however, currently in the conveyancing department.
Q. Which area of Law do you prefer?
JK. As I am a trainee I have experienced a variety of different areas of law and have not really settled on a preferred area as yet. So far I've really enjoyed my seat in Commercial, Personal Injury and Property law.
Q. What do you like about working for Wosskow Brown?
JK. Wosskow Brown have a very professional attitude but do not ignore the most important issues such as looking after their staff and most of all the Client. They also have very modern resources to hand and are very accommodating when it comes to my training.
Q. Out of the office, what are you hobbies?
JK. Out of the office I am a very keen rugby player playing for my local team Mosborough RUFC. It is good to get involved with the club and Wosskow Brown also support this by sponsoring the club through their Sports Incentive Scheme.
Q. What are your favourite/most recommended places in Sheffield and why?
JK. If you ever come to Sheffield or currently live here I would definitely recommend a trip down to Kelham Island. They offer quality restaurants and a number of well established pubs selling regional brewed Ales. Which always go down a treat.
Q. What is your favourite film?
JK. Waterboy! Strange I know but Adam Sandler is a legend.
Q. What is your favourite book?
JK. Anything by Lee Child
