Emilda has practiced in Sheffield since qualifying in 1993 and during this time has established extensive experience in advising private individuals in dealing with their personal affairs.
Emilda has a particular interest in trusts and Inheritance tax planning and works closely with high net worth individuals and their advisers to protect and preserve assets for future generations through good planning. She is a member of the Society of Trust and Estates Practitioners (STEP).
In addition, Emilda deals with wills, estate and trust administration, powers of attorney, clients concerned with Long Term Care issues, asset preservation and Court of Protection work.
Emilda has spent time as an associate lecturer at Sheffield Hallam University lecturing Equity and Trusts on the Graduate Diploma in Law course and was previously involved with the Sheffield & District Law Society as Hon Secretary and Treasurer.
Emilda is orginally from Malaysia, but has lived all over the world before settling in the UK in 1986.
Emilda also coordinates Wosskow Brown's Corporate Social Responsiblity Scheme along with an enthusiastic comittee. Together, they develop new ideas and events to help the local community, including supporting local charities which are nominated by the Wosskow Brown staff.
